YouTube says, let’s tighten up! … A new requirment has many YouTuber concerned. Starting Feburary 20, 2018 if you don’t have 4,000 watch hrs you won’t be eldigable for the partner program. Not a Partner, your channel will now need, 1,000 subscribers, 10,000 over all views and 4,000 watchtime views in the past year. Is this good news? time will tell. For now, creators keep pushing.
